Health Care Redistribution; Voter Registration Fraud

Human Events reveals: The Justice Department's unit that allegedly fights disenfranchisement lately has been caught dozing while at least nine states too slowly deliver absentee ballots to overseas GIs. Too many military votes thus may go uncounted in November [Once again!].
In yet another outrage, the Voting Section is static while the rolls of at least 16 states evidently list ineligible voters, including non-residents, disqualified felons, and – yes – dead people. Justice’s response? “ZZZZZZzzzzzz......”    The Big Sleep at Justice seems totally deliberate.
As former Voting Section prosecutor J. Christian Adams testified under oath July 6 before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, he attended a November 2009 meeting in which Deputy Assistant Attorney General Julie Fernandes discussed the federal law that requires that local officials purge illegitimate names from their voter rolls. Adams swore that Fernandes told Voting Section prosecutors: “We have no interest in enforcing this provision of the law. It has nothing to do with increasing turnout, and we are just not going to do it.”
examples of voter-roll adulteration.

•The U.S. Election Assistance Commission reports that Arkansas, Colorado, Maryland, Massachusetts, Oregon, and Tennessee expunged precisely zero dead voters from their rolls between 2006 and 2008. The same applies to numerous counties in Alabama, Rhode Island, and Virginia. Either these places are experiencing an explosion in immortality, or they are violating federal law.
While the Voting Section naps, J. Christian Adams barely has time to blink. He has warned 16 states of potential lawsuits because they are violating the National Voter Registration Act. Section 7 of this 1993 “Motor Voter” law expands suffrage by requiring states to enroll voters at motor-vehicle bureaus, welfare agencies, and other government offices. Simultaneously, Section 8 requires states to update their records so that only eligible voters — not cadavers — can cast ballots. http://www.humanevents.com/article.php?id=39166

Expose Obama reports: In a flabbergasting request, a coalition of Mexican lawmakers has asked the United States to stop deporting illegal immigrants who have been convicted of serious crimes in American courts.
The preposterous demand was made at a recent southern California conference in which the mayors of four Mexican cities that border the U.S. gathered to discuss cross-border issues. The only American mayor who attended the biannual event was....  http://www.exposeobama.com/2010/09/27/mexico-stop-sending-back-our-criminals/?utm_source=Expose+Obama&utm_campaign=8f8c012e0b-EO_09_27_20109_27_2010&utm_medium=email

Investor's Business Daily writes: He doesn’t look or sound radical. President Obama, in fact, is so calm, almost regal, he makes government takeovers and redistribution schemes seem almost reasonable. But the facade is wearing thin.

Even die-hard Obama fan Tom Wilson, head of Allstate, says the president could have used some executive experience on his all-academic economics team. Not a single former corporate executive is in Obama’s Cabinet or among his top economic advisers. “I think it was a hiring mistake for the administration,” Wilson told CNN last week.
Wilson also suggests Obama convene a summit with business leaders to clear the air. “I’d spend less time on the G-20 and more time on the U.S. 100,” he advised.
Problem is, CEOs have walked away from prior White House luncheons shocked at (1) Obama’s dismissive reaction as they try to explain the harm of his anti-business policies and (2) his shallow understanding of business and economic matters. Here's a recently unearthed clip of Cass Sunstein , who currently is the Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the Obama administration, saying, "Some conservative legal thinkers like Justice Scalia and Justice Thomas think that the Constitution means what it originally meant."  [Imagine!  I suppose Cass would like the "separation of powers" in our government to mean something new also - as in ultimate power being held by the President.]  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLJyWgb-8F0

From Glenn Beck: The administration is keeping silent about a story revolving around some high tech vans recently purchased by the Department of Homeland Security that are capable of literally peering through the walls of your home. If DHS was using these vans to fight terrorism, that'd be great - but they will not confirm nor deny the vans are also being used in other areas that would infringe on privacy rights. Glenn talks with Congressman Jason Chaffetz about the story on radio today.
Chaffetz: Well, think of superman. Remember how funny it was when superman had x ray vision and he could look at people through their clothes and he could see in buildings and he could see into your car. That technology is here. It's right out here today. It's produced by a company called American's Finest in Engineering. They're publicly traded. You can go look at their website, their videos and you can see their press releases. There was one, for instance, that said in May of 2010 that they sold $13.9 million worth of these vans that can see into your home, they can see into your car, and they can look at you naked and tell exactly what you're doing. Now, they've sold it's now approaching 500 of these vans, but as a lawmaker on the oversight government reform committee, I've been trying to get the administration and trying to get the company to tell me who's buying these vans. What are you doing with these vans? And there are some legitimate uses. No, no. I want to be as safe and secure as possible, but I'm not willing to give up every bit of liberty that I have and fundamentally at my core just don't trust the Federal Government. They have been illusive.  http://www.glennbeck.com/content/articles/article/196/45942/

The AP writes: Admonishing his own party, President Barack Obama says it would be "inexcusable" and "irresponsible" for unenthusiastic Democratic voters to sit out the midterm elections, warning that the consequences could be a squandered agenda for years.
"People need to shake off this lethargy. People need to buck up," Obama told Rolling Stone in an interview to be published Friday. The president told Democrats that making change happen is hard and "if people now want to take their ball and go home, that tells me folks weren't serious in the first place."  [Maybe President Bush should have tried this admonishment.  And perhaps the "folks" were not serious in the first place, just mislead and overexcited.] http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories/U/US_OBAMA_INTERVIEW?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT&CTIME=2010-09-28-07-02-19
