Judicial Watch Files For OSB Photos; Michelle Invites Rapper Who Sang About Shooting Police and Burning President Bush to Whitehouse for Poetry Evening; Obamacare Being Weighed by Court of Appeals; TSA Agents Violate More Children; Incident in Plane Approaching San Francisco; Obama Still Prosecuting CIA Agents Who Waterboarded; Effects of Obamacare Shown in Massachusetts - Rationing of Care by Delay

Mother Nature leaves her tracks on a beach!

NewsMax writes: Judicial Watch, the public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, announced it filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request with the Department of  Defense seeking all photographs and/or video recordings of  Osama bin Laden taken during and/or after the U.S. military operation in Pakistan that resulted in bin Laden's death.
The request to the  Defense Department was filed May 3. An identical request  was filed with the CIA.

Daily Caller reveals: First Lady Michelle Obama has scheduled a poetry evening for Wednesday, and she’s invited several poets, including a successful Chicago poet and rapper, Lonnie Rashid Lynn, Jr., AKA “Common.” However, Lynn is quite controversial, in part because his poetry includes threats to shoot police and at least one passage calling for the “burn[ing]” of then-President George W. Bush.
Back in 2003, First Lady Laura Bush held a poetry evening, and she invited several poets to reprise the work of Emily Dickinson, Langston Hughes and Walt Whitman. Although none of those poets had urged violence against a president, Bush canceled the event after left-of-center poets protested and threatened to disrupt the event.

Washington Times reports: Last year’s massive health care overhaul is about to face a round of hearings in federal appeals courts, beginning Tuesday when the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals hears competing cases about the law’s constitutionality. The 4th Circuit Court will be the first appeals court to take up challenges to the health care law. Two more appeals are scheduled for hearings, in Michigan on June 1 and in Florida on June 8. Both sides expect the disputes to eventually work their way up to the Supreme Court, which last month turned down a request by Mr. Cuccinelli to divert them from the appeals process and hear them more quickly. http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2011/may/9/federal-appeals-courts-set-to-hear-obamacare-cases/?page=all#pagebreak

The UK Daily Mail [Why is this being broken by a foreign press?] writes: The TSA has now said it will review its screening policies so as not to waste resources by subjecting children to over-zealous security methods.
The image of the baby being touched down by agents was taken yesterday by fellow passenger Jacob Jester, as proof of what he thought was an 'extreme' measure.
Those who then viewed the picture were shocked at what appears to show a ridiculously over-zealous approach to airport security.
Chris Lopez responded to the photograph: 'What's even more terrible is the the TSA agent is smiling!'
Deb Wilker added; 'Doesn't get much more sickening, appalling, oppressive and unlawful than this... Frightening, disturbing, disgusting,'
Last month, pictures emerged of an eight-year-old boy being full body searched by TSA agents at airport security.
[In another incident:] The video shows a gloved guard feeling all over the child's body, poking her fingers down the child's trousers before running her hands around the waist band.
It continued: 'TSA has been actively reviewing its screening policies and procedures to streamline and improve the screening experience for low-risk populations, such as younger passengers.'  [How about white, non-turban wearing passengers?  Or Asian passengers?  Or Hispanic passengers?  To my knowledge these groups all represent people who are NOT conducting terrorist acts. Oh, that's too politically incorrect.  I'd like to see a video of just one Muslim being subjected to these procedures, wouldn't you?  For many years prior to 9/11 it was I who 90% of the time was subjected to extra screening, while those who clearly fit into the groups needing extra screening were left unchecked.  I was told I was being checked not for drugs, but for explosives!]

Again, the UK Daily Mail reports: Crew members and passengers wrestled a 28-year-old man to the cabin floor after he began pounding on the cockpit of a plane approaching San Francisco.
The man was yelling as he brushed past a flight attendant about 10 minutes before American Airlines Flight 1561 from Chicago was due to land on Sunday night, police said.
Rageit Almurisi, 28, carried a Yemen passport but his nationality is not clear, a spokesman said.
The man has no clear or known ties to terrorism and authorities have still not yet established a motive, San Francisco police Sergeant Michael Rodriguez told the San Francisco Chronicle.
Passengers told of how Almurisi was heard to shout 'Allahu Akbar' - or 'God is great'.

Breitbart's Big Hollywood [part of the NEW media] writes: So a lot of people deserve credit for killing bin Laden: President Obama, the Navy SEALS and our military in general, intelligence gatherers, the previous administration, and many other people.
But you also gotta give credit to Debra Burlingame, sister of one of the victims of 9/11, who used her chance to meet President Obama yesterday to gently prod him over the indictments of CIA interrogators.
Remember, CIA Director Leon Panetta admits that the initial info that led to finding bin Laden came, in part, from “enhanced interrogation techniques” used on detainees.
So why then, the prosecution? Well, Debra noted the irony, and asked the Prez to press Erik Holder to end them.  Obama said he wouldn’t.
Anyway, if the Justice Department had half a brain, they’d stop harassing the folks who just upped Obama’s approval rating. And Obama should focus on Holder himself, who seems to harbor bitterness against anyone who works in some capacity protecting our country. http://bighollywood.breitbart.com/ggutfeld/2011/05/09/obama-administration-still-prosecuting-heroes/

The Wall St. Journal reports: The ObamaCare preview that Massachusetts has been conducting for the last several years grows more ominous by the month, not that anyone in Washington is paying attention. So let's check on the Bay State's latest warning, coming soon to a hospital or medical practice near you.
A new survey released yesterday by the Massachusetts Medical Society reveals that fewer than half of the state's primary care practices are accepting new patients, down from 70% in 2007, before former Governor Mitt Romney's health-care plan came online. The average wait time for a routine checkup with an internist is 48 days. It takes 43 days to secure an appointment with a gastroenterologist for chronic heartburn, up from 36 last year, and 41 days to see an OB/GYN, up from 34 last year.  http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703864204576313370527615288.html?mod=WSJ_newsreel_opinion

Thanks for the news--between what the UK Telegraph reports and what you report, we know the truth about some things the main stream media will not tell....Don't you just love the WH's sense of judgment to invite (yet another)a radical rapper to present his "art" and further poison our airwaves with his despicable rants!!

Those TSA agents who mugged the baby should be fired on the spot...no appeals, no hearings, no union crap to avoid their dismissal! And, yes, it is way past time to have some profiling at the security access points--who other than our muslim friends have been trying to blow up airplanes!!?!
