Suing the Obama Administration; Mayor Cory Booker; Prisoners may not have pork; Obama indoctrination; Fudging job loss figures; Hawaii and O's birth certificate; Health care services got more expensive; Obama bundler and a $1billion solar loan

Cardinal Dolan of NY, Cardinal Wuerl of D.C., Notre Dame--And 40 Other Catholic Dioceses and Organizations--Sue Obama Administration

The dioceses and organizations, in different combinations, are filing 12 different lawsuits filed in federal courts around the country.
The Archdiocese of Washington, D.C. has established a special website--preservereligiousfreedom.org--to explain it lawsuit and present news and development concerning it. http://cnsnews.com/news/article/breaking-cardinal-dolan-ny-cardinal-wuerl-dc-notre-dame-and-40-other-catholic-dioceses

In 2009, President Obama delivered the commencement address at the University of Notre Dame. Now, Notre Dame is suing his administration over its insistence that Catholic schools and other institutions provide insurance coverage for sterilizations, contraceptives, and other abortifacient drugs without any meaningful opt-out for conscientious objectors. http://campaign2012.washingtonexaminer.com/blogs/beltway-confidential/notre-dame-sues-obama-administration-over-hhs-rule/554566

I was proud to be photographed with Mayor Cory Booker.  He is a fascinating, level-headed Democrat who has greatly benefited the city of Newark.  We will all be hearing more about him, and I will be writing of his wonderful speech from one year ago.
Newark Mayor Cory Booker credited Bain Capital with growing businesses and said attacks on private equity must stop, during “Meet the Press” Sunday.
As far as that stuff, I have to say from a very personal level, I’m not about to sit here and indict private equity. It’s—to me, we’re just getting to a ridiculous point in America. Especially, I know, I live in a state where pension funds, unions and other people are investing in companies like Bain Capital. If you look at the totality of Bain Capital’s record, they’ve done a lot to support businesses, to grow businesses; this to me, I’m very uncomfortable.
But the last point I’ll make is, this kind of stuff is nauseating to me on both sides.  http://freebeacon.com/cory-booker-bain-has-done-a-lot-to-support-businesses/

Financial support from Wall Street and, more broadly speaking, the investor class has been key to Booker’s rise, and remains key to his future dreams.
It’s easy to forget, but before the world met Barack Obama in 2004, many believed that the first black president would be Booker. Armed with Stanford, Yale and Oxford degrees and all of the invaluable personal connections he forged at those institutions, he set out in the mid-1990s to craft a uniquely appealing political biography, swearing off lucrative job offers to move to Newark’s Central Ward and take up residence in public housing. Within a few years, he won a seat on the City Council, where he showed an early and consistent knack for self-generated publicity, most notably with a ten-day hunger strike in the summer of 1999. [Of course, Salon is writing with an anti-Cory slant.] http://www.salon.com/2012/05/20/cory_booker_surrogate_from_hell/

And by the way, Jon Meacham,” Joe Scarborough continued, “I know this will shock a lot of people, but when Bain Capital invests wisely, it helps Bain Capital. It also helps teachers’ unions, it also helps public employee unions, it helps firefighters. I mean, Bain Capital makes their money by public unions investing in them. These big — whether California or New Jersey — and when they invest wisely, guess what? It’s public unions and private investors who profit.”-http://www.mediaite.com/tv/morning-joe-takes-aim-at-cory-bookers-hostage-video/

Federal judge OK's Ohio prison banning pork for all inmates to placate Muslims

Once again non-Muslims must accommodate Islamic law and practice, and an eager dhimmi judge does the bidding of Islamic supremacists. "Judge rules enforcing Muslim law on everyone not establishment of religion," by Peter Grady for the Greeley Gazette, April 26 (thanks to all who sent this in):
A federal judge says an Ohio prison that forces all inmates to adhere to a strict Islamic diet is not an establishment of religion because everyone eats the same food.  http://www.jihadwatch.org/2012/04/federal-judge-oks-ohio-prison-banning-pork-for-all-inmates-to-placate-muslims.html
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  A YouTube video uploaded on Monday afternoon apparently shows a schoolteacher from the Rowan-Salisbury school district in North Carolina informing a student that failing to be respectful of President Obama is a criminal offense. ...

The video shows a classroom discussion about the Washington Post hit piece about Mitt Romney bullying a kid some five decades ago. One student says, “Didn’t Obama bully someone though?” The teacher says: “Not to my knowledge.” The student then cites the fact that Obama, in Dreams from My Father, admits to shoving a little girl. “Stop, no, because there is no comparison,” screams the teacher. Romney is “running for president. Obama is the president.” ...

The teacher yells — literally yells — that Obama is “due the respect that every other president is due … Listen,” she continues, “let me tell you something, you will not disrespect the president of the United States in this classroom.” She yells over the student repeatedly, and yells at him that it's disrespect for him to even debate about Romney and Obama.

‘Not the Real World’

Obama officials pressured contractors to change job loss figures, recordings reveal http://freebeacon.com/not-the-real-world/
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The Hawaii Department of Health’s refusal to confirm to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett that it has a valid birth certificate on file for President Obama makes it look like Hawaii officials “are hiding something,” said Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio in an interview this morning with WND.
Bennett told Phoenix talk-radio host Mike Broomhead yesterday on his KFYI AM  show that he might keep Obama’s name off of the state’s presidential ballot if he doesn’t receive the confirmation.
Eight weeks ago,the secretary of state asked Hawaii officials merely for an email confirming the Department of Health has a certified copy of the birth certificate. But Bennett told Broomhead, reported the White House Dossier blog, that Hawaii officials have not complied.  http://www.exposeobama.com/2012/05/19/arpaio-appears-hawaii-hiding-obama-birth-record/

The state of Hawaii has responded to Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett’s request for proof that President Barack Obama was in fact born in the Aloha State.
The Hawaii attorney general’s office has reportedly told Bennett that there are steps he needs to take in order to confirm President Obama’s birth records.
Those steps include Bennett proving that he legitimately needs confirmation in order to update the records at his office. http://www.azfamily.com/news/Hawaii-responds-to-Bennetts--152213005.html

A new study could pose a challenge to the basic premise of President Barack Obama’s approach to controlling health costs — that spending will come down if doctors don’t give patients as much unnecessary medical care.
The study from the Health Care Cost Institute found that costs rose 3.3 percent in 2010 even though people actually used fewer services in many categories. Spending grew not because there were a lot of unnecessary procedures and treatments but rather because the services themselves got more expensive.
