Obama Administration Knew Libya Attack Was Terrorism
Sources confirm to Fox News that the Obama administration knew from Day One that the deadly

attack on the US Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was an
 act of terror.
White House officials, including President Obama,
have held to the explanation that  the attack was a 'spontaneous action.'

Senate Democrats joined Republicans Thursday in questioning the Obama administration's handling
of the fatal Sept. 11 attack on the U.S. consulate in Libya and why the administration refused for days
to acknowledge that it was a terrorist attack linked to al Qaeda.
The Senate Foreign Relations Committee, chaired by Sen. John Kerry, D-Mass., circulated a
bipartisan letter addressed to Deputy Secretary of State Thomas Nides, asking for an "accounting of
the attacks against U.S. missions in Egypt, Libya and Yemen," according to a copy obtained by The Washington Examiner.
The behavior of Obama and Secretary of State Clinton over the past 14 days is a scandal of the highest order. Lies, cover ups, and neglect for security of American intelligence and personnel that borders on criminal.
I've been skeptical that the same media, that early on conspired in this cover up by intentionally pouring all of
its focus and fire on Mitt Romney's criticism of the Cairo Embassy apology, would go near this before the
election. But the sins are so great and glaring, it doesn't look as though ignoring it will be possible for another

The lawmakers are also demanding to know whether the administration had any advance warnings of
the Libyan attack and, if so, whether it had shared that information with U.S. personnel on the
 ground.
More than two weeks after four Americans -- including the U.S. ambassador to Libya -- were killed in an
attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, FBI agents have not yet been granted access to investigate in the
eastern Libyan city, and the crime scene has not been secured, sources said.
"They've gotten as far as Tripoli now, but they've never gotten to Benghazi," CNN National Security Analyst
Fran Townsend said Wednesday, citing senior law enforcement officials.
Last Thursday, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told reporters that an FBI team had reached Libya
 earlier in the week.

President Barack Obama told a campaign crowd in Ohio Wednesday he would be tougher than his Republican opponent Mitt Romney when it comes to trade with China.
“He’s been talking tough on China, he says he’s going to take the fight to them, he’s going to go after these cheaters,” said Obama, who credits his administration for filing nine trade complaints against the Communist country.
“So when you hear this new found outrage, when you see these ads he’s running promising to get tough on China, it feels a lot like that fox saying, ‘You know, we need more secure chicken coops.’ I mean, it’s just not credible,” Obama said.
In one of those actions, the Obama administration accused China of flooding the U.S. market with heavily subsidized solar panels and in May imposed stiff tariffs up to 250 percent on the imports.
However, the action came after a federal inspector general discovered that the Obama administration broke its own stimulus program rules to purchase solar panels made in China for $200,000, which are now installed on the rooftop of a federal building in the president’s home state of Illinois. http://www.humanevents.com/2012/09/26/obama-talks-tough-on-trade-with-china-despite-government-error-on-purchase/

Monthly Fee of $96.40, rising to:

$104.20 in 2012
$120.20 in 2013
And

The Commerce Department said on Thursday durable goods orders dived 13.2 percent, the largest drop since January 2009, when the economy was in the throes of a recession. Orders for July were revised down to show a 3.3 percent increase instead of the previously reported 4.1 percent gain.
Economists polled by Reuters had expected orders for durable goods -- items from toasters to aircraft that are meant to last at least three years -- to fall 5 percent. http://www.reuters.com/article/2012/09/27/us-usa-economy-durables-idUSBRE88Q0S720120927

In an essay "Why the Global Warming Skeptics are Wrong" in the New York Review of Books of Feb. 22,
2012, Yale professor William D. Nordhaus attempts to counter the arguments of a group of 16 prominent
scientists who published an essay, "No Need to Panic about Global Warming," in the Wall Street Journal on
 Jan. 27, 2012.
Two crucial points may have been overlooked in the debate:
**Evidence for anthropogenic global warming (AGW) is problematic.
**A modest warming is likely to be beneficial -- not damaging.
1. Is the planet in fact warming?  This crucial question cannot be answered honestly unless one specifies the
time interval referred to.  Clearly, the climate has warmed since the last Ice Age.  It has also warmed since about
1850, in recovering from the Little Ice Age (roughly 1400-1800 AD).  But is has not warmed since the
Medieval Warm Period of 1,000 years ago, or since the Holocene Optimum, which reached even higher
temperatures 5,000-8,000 years ago.  Nor has it warmed during the past decade.
6. Is it true that more carbon dioxide and additional warming will be beneficial?  Briefly, my answer is yes.

This video of an Obama supporter bragging about having an “Obama phone” has gone viral on the web, but where do these “free cell phones” come from?
The program is called Lifeline, established in 1984, originally created to subsidize landline phone service for low income Americans, funded by government-collected telecommunication fees, paid by consumers.
In 2008, the program was expanded to support cell phones which quickly escalated the cost of the program. In 2008 the program cost $772 million, but by 2011 it cost $1.6 billion.
A 2011 audit found that 269,000 wireless Lifeline subscribers were receiving free phones and monthly service from two or more carriers. Several websites have been created to promote “free” government cell phones, including the”The Obama Cell Phone” website at Obamaphone.net. http://washingtonexaminer.com/where-do-obama-phones-come-from/article/2509203#.UGWNmVEQdTZ
